Booking.com Paid Social Creative

At Booking.com, I was hired to support the Brand Creative & Campaigns team, where I spearheaded the development of platform-first paid social creative for various sponsorship campaigns. My primary focus was on high-profile events such as the Cricket World Cup, the Euros 2024, and the Major League Baseball sponsorship. During this time, I created content with renowned baseball player Ken Griffey Jr., initiated collaborations with creators like Chelsea Freeman and Jay Mendoza, and led talent sourcing and strategic roll-out planning for the Euros 2024 channels.

Additionally, I led thought leadership initiatives on paid social creative, developed creator strategies and collaborations, and formulated Booking.com’s YouTube Strategy and Governance.
