Values & Crisis Communication

t Zalando I have successfully led the D&I and Sustainability Communication Strategy across Social Media, in close collaboration with PR & Influencer teams. And both at H&M and Zalando I was involved in Corporate Crisis Communication.

Highlights include: 

  • Zalando - Marketing wide Communication principles and social media plan for Zalando on the following topics: Covid-19, #BlackLivesMatter, #StopAsianHate  and the war in Ukraine. 

  • Zalando - D&I Communication Strategy development and implementation across PR, Social Media & talent. This included key activations for Black History Month, Pride, Trasgender Visibility Day and the launch of adaptive fashion.  

  • Zalando -  Sustainability Social Media Strategy Development

  • Zalando - Reactive Strategy Development across D&I topics, including stakeholder management of management board, D&I/Sustainability teams and Corp Comms  

  • H&M & Zalando - Crisis Communication on various topics such as sustainability, racism, delivery problems
