t Zalando I have successfully led the D&I and Sustainability Communication Strategy across Social Media, in close collaboration with PR & Influencer teams. And both at H&M and Zalando I was involved in Corporate Crisis Communication.
Highlights include:
Zalando - Marketing wide Communication principles and social media plan for Zalando on the following topics: Covid-19, #BlackLivesMatter, #StopAsianHate and the war in Ukraine.
Zalando - D&I Communication Strategy development and implementation across PR, Social Media & talent. This included key activations for Black History Month, Pride, Trasgender Visibility Day and the launch of adaptive fashion.
Zalando - Sustainability Social Media Strategy Development
Zalando - Reactive Strategy Development across D&I topics, including stakeholder management of management board, D&I/Sustainability teams and Corp Comms
